Tachometers / Stroboscopes

A tachometer is a device used to measure the speed of rotation in revolutions per minute. They are typically found in the automotive and aviation industries. The stroboscope is an instrument that uses bright flashing light to make a cyclically moving objects appear to be slow moving or standing still, to measure the rotation speed.
